Beauty Sleep

This goes out to all the girls out there (and some of you guys too haha).

Apparently beauty sleep is not entire fictional an excuse to escape from overtime work and additional chores waiting when you reach home. Sleep does in fact, helps increase secretion of the growth hormone, that helps to repair and rebuild body’s tissues and cells. In the long run, it will help one to stay young and look radiant! Now don’t we all have good reason to sleep early? :)

Weird though, sometimes i get more than sufficient sleep but i still wake up very tired. What time do you usually sleep every night? And for how long? How do you feel after you wake up? Do let me know! :)

  1. during my time in london, i had the luxury to sleep till i fully had enough rest (no alarm clocks for 4 months ^^)
    reward: my eye bags and dark circles of over 15 years finally improved. I’m a yandao kia now.

  2. i sleep at 10pm usually. wake up at 6+. i feel awake most of the time. i think sleeping well is important and you can’t make up for sleep lost.
