We never have sufficient time, do we?
24 hours to eat, sleep, rush work, accompany our family, and get some personal time – it is never enough. If only there was a way that we could maximise the hours of a day (since it is virtually impossible to get extra hours. though if that were possible, it would be a lucrative trade for army boys and all designers/students/doctors and accountants would be so broke.)
But I digress. My point is, there is this man who thinks he has found a good way, to minimise our hours of sleep for maximise rest. Read more, about Glen Rhodes’ theory and why he now only sleeps 3 hours a day!
If you are genuinely interested, please experiment with this and tell me if you succeed haha

hello shao ning (: I try to sleep by 11 everyday. I usually would rush back in time for my 9pm show and at ten pm i will shower and slp so i get about 7-8 hours of slp. I have a natural body clock that wakes me up at 630 w/o fail unless i’m sick or i slp super late the night before.. yeah… and i think time is within ur control and only u can determine how productive you want to be. Each person needs their time of rest. not everyone requires the same amt.yeah… see ya downstairs!!! HAHA!
ive heard of this shit before and i try to time my natural sleeping hours without alarm clock. i think it is pretty accurate!!
tried
i heard about the 30mins power nap. it really works!
i sleep in 90min cycles too… 12 hours! but i studied in psych that it’s really impt to get enough rem sleep, cos that’s the period when alot of memories and learning are consolidated (or so they say lah). if i rmb correctly, when ppl are deprived of sleep for a very long time, they might not sleep for a longer period of time than other people, but they have a greater proportion of rem sleep during that timeframe.
