Sleeping Disorders

We’ve all heard of people with various sleeping disorders – Insomnia, somnabulism (sleep walking) , night terrors… etc. Have you ever wondered how these occur? Here’s an informative website that explains all about it, in a rather layman way so I actually understand what it is about! Pretty interesting that they illustrate nightmares as a form of sleeping disorder (albeit a mild one!)

Pretty cool info, especially if any of these apply to you! (not a good thing i suppose, but still cool :D )

Tell me what you think!
