BBC Rhythm Test

How is your body’s daily rhythm like? Are you aware of the times during the day(or night) in which you are most awake, or most energetic? BBC has actually devised a simple test to let every individual understand more about their body’s functioning rhythm!

It seems that I function best early mornings and early evenings! not too bad i’d say. its pretty accurate! hahaha. :)

  3. i think my rhythm is getting more and more screwed up with every passing semester lol.

  4. My dead-est time is 4am; proven again and again. Once I get past 4.30 or 5am, I’m back to normal and can function on pure adrenaline. XD Otherwise I absolutely have to sleep at 3+ am.

  5. lol @ yours bern! and yes i rmb your spontaneous dying at 4.30am in vclab the times we rushed STUDIO. and then suddenly respawning at 6.30am to play Farmville lololol
